Yoga Teacher’s Amazing Furniture-Free Tiny House Designed For Body Movement

Jayme is a yoga teacher who has built an amazing and beautiful tiny house which is designed to encourage body movement. While still being a stunning and functional home, this tiny house on wheels has lots of things to climb on and hang off, helping to support Jayme in her health and fitness goals.

This tiny house is furniture free. The furniture free movement encourages people to ditch their couches and sofa’s and instead create open, functional and versatile spaces which encourage body movement. Without supporting furniture, the body is forced to find more ways to engage and relax. Ultimately, this helps to not only burn calories, but also to build strength and muscles.

This home was built from all reclaimed / salvaged materials which have come together beautifully in this tiny house. Amazingly, Jayme was able to construct this beautiful home for the unbelievable price of only $12,000, thanks to her resourcefulness and willingness to get stuck in and tackle the tiny house build herself.

  2. Well…..all that matters is that she likes it. I would never live in this shack. I do like the land. I always watch these videos and just wait for the punch line…. They always live (one way or another) off of others. This was evident in this video when she talked very briefly about the main house.. All in all this just looks like a dirty shack.

  3. Lol, get a room.

  4. This is an amazing story by a courageous young woman. Well done Jayme, for demonstrating how to build a healthy home and lifestyle.

  5. Wow! Amazing. 🙏🏻

  6. Beautiful, greeting from India

  7. Reclaimed materials. Resurrected glass, wood in particular, frames and other amazing things. I especially like the way the physical meets the spiritual..kinda Zen, in a very specific way. For decades I've been involved with textile and book recycling and have huge respect for the 'second lives of everything'. And, just celebrated my 70th..OWN 'second life" is about to begin….great little show. What's with the DISLIKES? Tsk…

  8. Im getting a witchy witch vibes from her and I love it! Her house is gorgeous! ♥️

  9. Somebody, with video skills, living in Jayme's area, please hear me.! I beg you, seriously. Ask Jayme to allow you to create videos of her teaching about turtle medicine, from her home. What a gift this would be. This one astounding brief clip possesses so much guidance and inspiration–it is life-changing. Thank you, Bryce and crew for your video portrait perfection, you are master's of your craft. Jayme, I received so much from you in this short little clip. I will cherish the lessons.

  10. I would need a double tiny house!

  11. Need a rope to climb up to the loft

  12. Yvonne Engelbrecht

    So so lovely… thanks for sharing… ♥

  13. How fake can this aussie Reporter be and judgemental when he asks " is it really comfortable sitting on ground" that demerits him as a person who is not fit to interview this amazing house owner!

  14. How did she get this place??? Can anyone tell?
To set up her very own heaven….

  15. "I have a superiority complex"

  16. This was quite interesting as I thought the house was amazing, but also that the owner really incorporated who she is in the home. I also learned that I never really thought of my home as a place of movement. She/Jayme put so much thought into health, stretching, exercising but not an "in your face way." Everything looks so serene but also has the hidden structures where you can literally "hang out," which I have never seen before in a home. Cool!

  17. Hippie chick rules.

  18. Awesome spot. Very lovely.

  19. beauty and character….wonderful!

  20. Again, a well made video presentation and interview. We feel as though we were there. Thanks so much. Amazing!

  22. Thank you for the inspiration…

  23. Wow I wanna live there 😍🌈

  24. His remarks are the exact same for every house he features too funny, "Absolutely Beautiful" hahahahaha

  25. Omg life goals… I have the same trunk! Lol.

  26. He passed the bedroom test.

  27. 😍 👌

  28. Beautiful scenery and what freedom.

  29. Fellowship of the Mystery

“I (Jesus) am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. If you had known Me, you would know My Father as well. From now on you do know Him and have seen Him.”…

  30. Bestest Inventions

ah he passed the loft climbing test!

  31. Nicely done! Sink and shower are needed though. Not a home without water.

  32. 12k is unrealistic for this build. It was probably more like 6.

  33. Do you need permit to build these homes?

  34. Qucuraba Larahababa

Many ppl are going back to nature and this is one great example…big mansion cannot give what she got here…I love human …they simply evolve naturally

  35. For being so into movement her poor shoulders need some work 😬 I want to push them down and pull them back she has so much anterior rotation going on.

  36. Such an inspiration!!!! I'm slowly bringing my SO around to the idea of having minimal furniture so we're not always lazing around on couches and letting our bodies atrophy. I'm definitely going to incorporate hanging into future builds!

  37. What is the size of this house? It’s so lovely

  38. This place is wonderful: and the location seems delightful. Thanks for sharing about good ways to move , and to hang. Wish I could come to your yoga class but I live too far from you. 🙏🏽 Namaste 🍎🕊🍃

  39. Oh my goodness! She rocks!!

Who could not like this video? People who have the dead carcasses of small animals lodged in their butts, that's who!
