This is 2-storied, residential architecture is a beautiful piece of work worth watching, having a blend of colonial and contemporary construction method. Being raised on a land that was leveled using sand and stone, no sources can flood this area with water. Parapets are fixe using MS sheet, which even absorbs and reduces the chances of breakage of roof due to overheating in the sunlight.
A portion of the front area is decorated with rectangular tubes with a beautifully laid lawn underneath it. But, the majority portion is filled with stone and the steps at the entrance are laid using beautiful granite and vitrified tiles. There are sufficient French windows and other ventilators that assure passage of fresh air within the house. A mix of white and off-white colors has been used for most of the walls in the interiors. Interestingly, minimum furniture is being used in this house that gives it a spacious feel from inside. A complete modular kitchen with overhead shelves is also set inside this house. There are 3 batch-attached bedrooms (2 on ground floor and 1 on the 1st floor) with wardrobes in this house. The bathrooms have a matt-finished floor. One feels as if standing on the deck of a ship while on the first floor. The staircase is the highlight of this house.
